Select and download free jigsaw puzzles.
Place in a suitable folder/directory on your hard drive.
Once you have downloaded the jigsaws that you want, you may log off.
Double click on the jigsaw filename.
If you see this message, just select "Play stand-alone", and the jigsaw should start:-
To move pieces of jigsaw click on it with the left mouse button and drag to the position you require.
To turn pieces press the left mouse button and click the right mouse button to turn, (or Ctrl+left mouse button).
Use the Score to see how well you do. Play against your friends, remember that the jigsaws are free to give to your friends.
Help solving a jigsaw puzzle:-
Press the right mouse button to display a menu.
Solve will place one piece in position, (or press F5). Use again to place another piece in position. (You will lose score marks each time you use this help)
Display just the edge piece, (press Ctrl+E). This will help you pick out the edge jigsaw pieces to help get you started. Toggle to display all the pieces.
Recommended System Requirements. For Win 9x/NT/2000/XP/Me, VGA, 8 MB RAM, 5 MB free hard drive space, MS Internet Explorer 3.0 or later.
Each jigsaw is 48 piece and 640x480 pixels and about 500Kb.
Once downloaded may be used any number of times. You are free to pass them on to your friends.
Click on the finished jigsaw to log on to A Great Portal and find more jigsaws.
